I have seen some of thier workouts on TAPOUT. Do you have to have equipment for the routine? I would be interested in this.

no you don't need anything, you can just shadow box, which is what i do but you can have a bag for harder punches and kicks. It's awesome, i totally recommend it!!!

one more question. About how long is the workout...30 minutes...an hour?
