So how many of you posters train at UF in Sac? I know there are more folks who visit the boards and do not post. I'm just curious. If you do not train at UF, tell us you where you train if you do.

I'm with UF. I just go for fun, to stay in shape and to get rid of some stress - nothing like hitting things. I'm not a professional or anything like that.

i train my grappling, kickboxing, karate stuff at a gym called progressive martial arts, its a great school, alot of sparring which is great.

then i wrestle at another highschool

Fightzone home in sweden but im on my way back to thailand and i'll train at MMA Phuket.
