Urijah's Radio Interview

I talked about it last week and here it is - Urijah came on his favorite radio show (childhood friend's show) and talked all about his future and the fight (link at the bottom of the post). Check out all the noise from the guys in the background - they were on "the block" and the guys were wrestling around in the background.

I can feel you in on some of the "inside" jokes - the "dinner viking" is Dustin Akbari - they make fun of him because he east so much.

Urijah also confirmed they offered him an immediate rematch in March but he turned it down because he wanted to fight sooner than that. He is fighting in Jan in San Diego against Aldo - who Urijah thinks is a better fighter than both Brown and Garcia. If he wins, he will be fighting for his title back in Sacramento in March... bring it home Urijah!

Here are the quick things to check to see if you can get the interview to work:

Click the "play" link
once the window pops up - make sure you click the play symbol (next to "Listen Now")
Double check the volume - within the play window you see the blue speaker - there is a gray bar that you have to drag over to the right to make sure the volume is up.
and then of course make sure the volume on your own computer is up - not on mute


If that doesn't work then you can try the download option

I always love his interviews on that show because he is just talking to one of his friends. If you liked that one, you should listen to some of the others on that same page - they really are good interviews
