Someone will be posting it on the website later today. I will let everyone know when it was up. Last night's radio show was all about MMA so check out some of the other good stuff too:
Frank Mir
He was on the show last night and I have to be honest - I've lost all respect for that guy. I don't know if anyone else watched the Ultimate Fighter show this past week but I am just sick of him - he thinks he is so great. You will hear it on the interview when it is up
Mike Goldberg
He is another regular on the show. He comes on before every UFC - I will let you know when his interview is posted too
Urijah update - he will be on the show next week - I will make sure everyone knows in advance

Same about Frank...he just talks out his ass constantly/crappy coach, full of himself..I could go on...but the tv show does only show you the parts that they want...they lead you along to believe certain things...I'll have to tune into the interview...but I imagine my original thoughts will be confirmed!

Sac - my son and I were talking about how we've lost respect for Mir too. I can't believe how he was behaving with the coaches challenge. Honestly, we haven't liked him at since this season the Ultimate Fighter started.

I feel the same way.
First, his team simply isn't training very hard - several of the fighters have complained. Every clip I see Mir is just sitting around doing nothing - and to be honest it looks like he has put on a ton of weight - which just affirms all the talk about his poor conditioning
I've also lost some respect for him because he didn't take care of the Junie thing. It is as if he is encouraging Junie to act that way. It just annoys me.
His comment that he is 100 times the athlete... I just couldn't believe it and to be honest, he didn't even try in that challenge.

Yeah, that challenge really showed all me what kind of athlete he is. He wasn't even trying to block those goals. Is that what he's teaching his team? Only do things half-assed? Then when he went on about Nogeira and playing soccer. That was so ignorant of him to assume that just because he's from Brazil he plays soccer.
