Hey folks I just wrote a really long thread that didn't go through so let me try again. Thanks for all the love, I feel like people are behind me know even more after the lose, and it's really comforting. I'm feeling great and have already been back in the gym. Right now I'm sitting in the airport in La on my way to Mexico. Yesterday I met Dana White and wanderlei silva at the Tony Hawk convention in Beverly Hills, it was pretty fun. As you all saw in the fight, I just got caught with a solid punch while I was lungeing at Brown with a crazy elbow. I tend to get a little wild in fights and was just unlucky. I was still concious when the red stopped the fight, but understand why he would stop it. It looked pretty bad. Needless to say I hate to lose, but I can't wait to get back in and fight. I've been told I'll b fighting in jan in San Diego. Not sure on a opponent yet, hopefully Brown soon. After the fight I flew back to sac and my whole family came to stay with me, my
Mom spent all day cooking a huge feast and we heated up the pool and all my friends came over. That night I rented a party bus and we had party at my favorite club. I was feeling the love from Sac town that night, it was a great time. The next day I flew out in the am to Tony Hawk convention, I'm waiting for my plane to Mex now and then to vegas for the Couture fight. Wec is keep g me busy as usual. I apologize for not getting on here sooner, but you can all see what life has been like. I really feel lucky to have such great fans, and can't wait to get back in the cage and make everyone proud. I'll check again soon and thanks again for having my back! Life is good folks!!!

I went down to Florida to watch the fight and I really admire how you didn't let the fight get you down too much, you seemed like you were in good spirits afterwards. I know you will rise back to the top because you are a true CHAMP!

I stopped by ultimate fitness on the 11th and talk with your dad a bit. Very nice guy! I also saw Joseph and Master Thong again...you guys over at Team Alpha Male are real classy, all your fans really appreciate that. I can't wait to watch you win your next fight!

Urijah, in my humble opinion, it was mostly your energy moving his fist's way, than his fist was moving your way. Since it doesn't seem like a rematch is coming your way first, I sure hope it is Brownie, who you get to beat up to take it back. Maybe we'll get lucky and it will be in Arco Arena, it should be in a big venue and a hometown fight would be great. Thank you for being an entertaining fighter, making up moves on the fly, a great athlete, a humble Champion and the perfect person to remind this country how cool we really are! I can hardly wait until January, it's the next time I get to see you fight and my birthday.:D
