Alright so I'm not sure if this is the right forum and if not feel free to move. I have been getting messages from people wanting to see pictures from my trip to Florida and the fight. Here they are!
EDIT:
So I posted my some of my pictures while I was at work, not to mention that was a pain and I never got a chance to tell my story of my trip to Florida. Well I was going on about 4 hours of sleep before I got on my flight to Fort Lauderdale which was a red-eye. My flight out of Las Vegas left at 11:35 P.M. and I arrived at 7:20 A.M. There is obviously a time difference there but it was still brutal considering jet lag, but well worth it. I got there and got picked up and taken to my hotel and was wayyyyy too excited to go to bed. I went and wondered around the beach walk and just checked things out, slowly learning the Fort Lauderdale is DEFINITELY a retirement place. It was a beautiful place to be and I can totally understand why anyone would want to retire there. At about 1:00 pm I was determined to get to weigh in's since WEC.TV said the Q&A started at 3:30 I wanted to be first in line, well that turned into 4:30. Luckily I met up with a very cool father and son, Florida locals, who were Faber fans. I hung out with him until weigh in's and wow I was passing out in front of the place they were held. We finally got in, the Q&A was great, Jamie and Miguel spoke about their training tactics and their future in the MMA world. After that came weigh in's which were quick and very cool to be a part of! After weigh in's I got to talk to Urijah for a minute before he had to go eat. I waited for him to come out of the venue where it was all held and got to talk to him some more. Luckily everyone had left but me. I got to walk and talk with Urijah and some more of Team Alpha Male as they headed to a restaurant. It was a great conversation and he expressed that he was completely ready for the bout. I really hope everyone gets the opportunities i have had to speak and "hang out" with Urijah, once you initially meet him he is the most down to earth person, of course I was star struck, again but still he is down to have a conversation with anyone. After that it was bed time.

I made my way to the fights, initally I was seated next to a mother father and daugther group who were also Florida locals and Faber fans. They were nice people just very quiet and kept to themselves. I'm an outgoing person and I was there alone so that kinda sucked then people were seated next to me who were a Father and son, fans of Brown. I get a long with everyone and it was great to sit next to them we talked through all the fights and they were some cool people. The son was 15 and trained with Mike at ATT so that made everything exciting. By the end of the night the father was very generous and bought me a beer, since I had consumed about 8 $6 beers at this time, I was more than ready for Urijah to step in the cage. The fight began and this is where my voice disappeared and I'm still trying to find it today. The fight ended, we shook hands and I headed for the cage to talk to Urijah, I wasn't able to since the exited out of a different direction than I thought (damn bud light gets you everytime). At this point JSWINZ, his wife and I met up again to get some food and discuss our thoughts on the fight. I was very very unhappy at this time and strongly under the influence but we had a great time hanging out and made our way to the after party. On our way out there, about 1 hour after the fights were over we saw Urijah and his crew walking out some doors and were able to talk with him shortly. We made it to the after party and ended up waiting for about 45 min to get up to his booth to take a picture. Well I was extremely luck and had been talking to some of the No Fear guys about a job working out here in Vegas doing what they did (at weigh in's) they remembered me and I was let into Urijahs booth. This completely made of for the downer of a night we all experienced. I was able to hang out with all of Team Alpha Male, the No Fear crew, and most importantly Urijah... Urijah was just mauled by fans and females at this point but I was able to have so quality conversations with Carlos, Joe Martinez, and an attempted conversation with Master Thong (who is a dancing machine!) along with a No Fear surfer out of California who was cool as hell! The crew headed out at about 3am and so I followed. Tracy Lee was a part of all of this as you have all seen in my pictures ( and THANK YOU TRACY for the awesome pictures I was in!)... I had a little bit more conversation with Urijah before he headed off to his hotel. While Donald Cerrone was waiting for his driver I was also able to talk to him. I'm from Colorado along with Donald so I'm a huge fan of his and had a very long talk with him... Then I made my way home in a cab.

I woke up the next morning, allowing reality to set in and it was just a shitty feeling that morning. I just went and wondered around the beach STILL ROCKING MY ORIGINAL URIJAH WALK OUT SHIRT and took pictures, trying to value my last couple hours in Florida, although I was ready to go. I was heading back to an ATM to get some cash and some guys walked past me cheering "MIKE BROWN MIKE BROWN" I just smiled and gave them high fives. Well I walked wayyy past the ATM and had to turn around and as I was headed back I ran into them again, they were hanging out at a beach bar so I went and talked with them. I ended up sharing a couple beers with them and just talking MMA. They were cool guys and I was glad to have had met them. In the end Florida was a trip of a lifetime, Urijah, No Fear, and Team Alpha Male are a bad ass group of people and I'm very lucky to have had to chance to hang out with them. Anyways here is my final good bye to Florida! oh and WAR FABER
