For your drive power: During our practice we throw guys on our shoulders and run up stairs. It really works your legs and body. I'm not sure how you guys condition at your school but it really builds calve muscle and stamina. And I'm sure its common sense but other than continuing to lift weights, when you're at practice, practice with guys bigger than you that way when your match comes up you'll have more power.
Pectorals: For your pectoral muscles lean back on a lifting bench with dunbells (whatever you can handle to get good, full reps). Then move your arms to the side, hands straight up. Then just move your arms forward (slow enough to feel it). After I'm done with those I usually have a friend pull my arms back to stretch. It's a bit hard to explain with out showing but that's my personal work-out of choice for pecs.
Abdominal/Oblique area: I've always done what Bruce Lee was known for. He has a lot of really fancy ones that I don't have the muscle for but here's the ones I know: Waist twists, Sit-up twists, Leg raises , Leaning twists, Frog kicks
Normally if I'm short on time though I just do crunches. You can lose abs relatively quick (or at least with stomach fat). It's like Bruce says "Even one single day without training will put you back at square one"
I'm no fitness instructor and I definately don't work out 24/7 so I can't really delve further into things. These are just some of my muscle specific work-outs. If you have any questions just ask. I'm sure your coach would be more than happy to give you some info also.
