Uriah's gym

i only live a little over an hour away from Sacramento. my questions are:

1. does Uriah have a gym where he allows the public to come and watch?

2. anyone know the address of his gym?

3. how would i know when he is going to be there?

4. will he allow me to take photos in his gym?

I only know the answer to question 2. The address is 1705 I Street. He's having a seminar on September 27. Hopefully someone else can answer your other questions.

1. Urijah owns Ultimate Fitness, which is where he and the rest of Team Alpha Male train. I don't know how he is with public viewing but Urijah is probably one of the most laid back guys out there...

3. After reading some of his posts I'd give it about week til he will be back to it with everything he has going on... But training is part of everyday for Urijah

4. I have seen some people who have memberships to his gym have photos of them training, and photos of him training them, so my best guess would be yes...

We’ve been by the gym, and everyone there is super friendly. There is a spot to buy apparel and gear. It is really clean and HUGE. I was curious about the policy to go in and watch Urijah train, but I thought it may be sort of weird. (So, if you are granted access, I hope you will share about your experience.) I'd love to check out Urijah's gym. It'd be really cool if you actually got to watch him train.

I would think if the gym just let whoever come in and watch the gym would constantly be jam packed with people. But who knows for sure. You could always call the gym too and see what's up. 916-444-3357. Just an idea. Urijah seems pretty laid back and dedicated to his fans. It's worth a shot. Good luck with that. Hope you get to go and see some cool stuff. Keep us all posted.
