Elite XC is in Trouble Already.........and now are broke. Bad business when you put money on a Wanna be fighter. Kimbo was pulling down $500000 a fight. There are only a few fighters in MMA that pull down that kinda jack. Wonder why Elite XC is broke ????? HUMMMMMMMM...... WTF do you expect when you pay a "internet legend" who cant fight mma to save his ass headlining all your shows. They should have showcased REAL Talent. Kimbo was exposed for the joke that he is and will now be the overpaid stain on Elite XC's underware, that they will wear right into bankrupcy court !! Thanks Kimbo !! Keep up the good work !!
I couldn't agree more.. Kimbo was a joke, EliteXC has some good fighters but they rigged fights.. I love to see that one go down... But I just wanna see Diaz vs Noons!

That was my sister's first introduction to any kind of MMA fighting. Thankfully she went to the local fights with me a few weeks ago and realizes that these guys (and gals) have talent and it's definitely a sport, not what they represented.
Hopefully people will realize that Elite XC was not a good representation of what MMA is all about. Not to say they didn't have a few good fighters but overall it was a joke. It was just a bit to WWE for me.

That was an interesting article you posted JB. I was never really into EliteXC. And I totally agree Kimbo was a joke. I just hope they didn't taint the sport too terribly with their bright idea of rigging fights.

When I first saw a fight with him in it, I chose to look around before I thought he was king of the hill. At first he had a shot of being at least some kind of bad ass, but during the loss that I saw, he went out too. It wasn't pleasant for his team to handle. I think there was a point where they wanted a break, before it went too far and then, POW!:eek:
