I bet this could really stir up some shit ...............but I will ask anyways. Everyone knows that Urijah was raised Homeopathic and continues this awesome lifestlye. So does he drink No Fear ? Do fighters actually use the products they endorse ? Or is it just a means to an end ? Pepsi is spending BIG money on our man......does he drink the product or just endorse it ?
I used to question the same thing! But during the pre fight countdown shows to Faber v Pulver I noticed Urijah taking a drink of one (EDIT-OH WOW I MESSED THAT ONE UP!!! ) sitting outside on a car or something... Who knows though it might not had even been open? I'm going to say yes though... I'm like committed to those drink now, I drink energy drinks all the time and before Urijah was sponsored it was always Monster. Not anymore, something inside me holds me to getting a No Fear even though they aren't my favorite.

I know what you mean, I used to favor Rock Star but now I drink No Fear too. Funny how people we admire can influence us that way.

Funny Stuff !!! The main reason I asked is exactly that, like Seth said. I have seen many fighters in post fight interviews in the ring "pretend" to drink Xyience energy drinks while they are getting interviewed. Karo Parisian dropped the can and you could tell it was completly empty and he only took "one or two sips". I have also seen the fighters pretend to drink from a unopened can. I am not hatin at all whatever pays the bills, just a question !! If summers eve were to write me a big enough check I would sport there logo on my fight shorts !! Theres no shame in my game !!!!

LOL, JB. No, you don't seem the type to mind if Summer's Eve sponsored you. You seem to have the personality that can pull it off.
Sponsorship is sponsorship anyway you look at it. But I can see why you would raise the question. Not to be hatin on him, just out of curiousity. Honestly, I've never really paid attention to those things at the end of a fight. Now I will.

When he is not gettin’ ready for a fight, he seems to drink beer like water. (amendment: I am kidding about the water comment.) So I would say his homeopathic upbringing impacts the majority of what he consumes, but I think his lifestyle has created a tweaked diet. I cannot stand energy drinks, I think they are BAD. My ten year old neighbor drinks ‘em like crazy…GEEZ! I too wondered if Urijah was really drinking, the “pure sugar and caffeine in a can”, but I have to say if I was being paid bank to do endorsements I would take a swiiiig or two. LOL!

When he is not gettin’ ready for a fight, he seems to drink beer like water.
I have never seen him drink at an after party or any other event I have attended that he was at . He either drinks H20 or Juice. I heard that he likes beer though just never have seen him drink. It is my understanding that he stays fight ready pretty much year round and trains less and less as fight day approches !!!
Hell I would take a swig or two or Horse Urine if the numbers were right !!

I would love to say that Urijah and I have shared great moments over cold ones, but I can only say that I have seen pics of him with a beer can in his hand. Hey! I am not a beer fan, (more so, a girlie wine fan), but I would definitely drink a beer with the champ. Heck I would even let him buy me one. JUST KIDDING!

OMG he was drinking a Bud Light too. Go figure!!!! WOO HOO Now I really love Faber. Jb you are too funny with the horse urine. But like you've all said if the money is right I think most of us would do pretty much anything. I know I would at least, so I'll just speak for myself on that. But like you all were saying about the way he was brought up, I really doubt he drinks this energy drinks on a regular basis. He just seems too healthy for that you know? Just my opinion.

I think that he might sip on occassion for his contractual obligation but they have way to much crap in them to drink on regular basis !!

Oh yeah and beer rocks!! I agree with you fellow beer drinkers on that one. I am a beer lover and really don't enjoy the fruity girly stuff. Anyway, I'm sure you all really cared about that, just thought I'd throw that in there.
