It was cool meeting some of you guys this weekend. Thanks to Smirnoff for coordinating a bit. Nice Guy! Fights were pretty cool and the seminar was fun. If i wasn't feeling so sick i would have had a better time, but thats the life on the road. Other than being a little under the weather, training is going great. Hermes Franca was just down for a few weeks and now my buddy Casey Uscola is down for a month or so. I went straight to vegas for some media interviews for the fight. Now im back home and relaxing a bit. Im getting a hold of felix to get the span off the site. I will also talk to him about allowing some of the senior members to help regulate. Thanks again for the support guys Ill try and get on here a bit more.

Urijah is world class no doubt. Thanks for checking in here on the boards bro. Your work ethic has to be commended as well. He attends functions when he is sick and even does seminars while he is healing. His hands were so sore (from punding Jens face) at the Houston seminar that you could not give him a manly shake because they were healing, but he still did the training and then got on a plane and went to afganistan.......that is work ethic my friends. The world would be a better place if everyone had HALF the work ethic of Urijah. Thanks for keeping it real bro !! Peace ....
