Hey everyone, Unfortunately have not been on here in awhile. Just wanted to let everyone know I've been doing well and am healed up from all my injuries! My wrestling season will be starting here in a couple months and am training my but off to get back into shape! Any other fighters/grapplers on here that have some good workouts? I'm mainly focusing on getting my legs stronger. I've been doing squats, one-legged squats, and dead-lifts. But am also doing a lot of circuit training and pull-ups and pushups, and handstand pushups. Thanks!
