Injured my right hand last week. Me and my buddy were doing some grappling the other day, and my right hand was useless. I couldn't grab, clinch, submit, nothing. Yeah, we stopped after about 20 minutes.

Just wanted to say I know how you feel chief. I was screaming at my TV when you were trying to submit Brown, "GET IT DEEPER, GET IT DEEPER. SINK IT INNNNNNNNNN". Now I realzie what pain you were actually in.

So piss on anyone who thinks adrenaline and endorphins will carry you, because they sure as shit don't. Especially in the 5th round.

Ive often dreamed of the same idea. Put together a book of quotes to inspire people and make them laugh. Good thought.

I know how that feels. I hope you recover just fine. I'm facing some permanent damage from my injury. I dislocated 4 out of 5 bones in my foot, broke the other one and tore some ligaments. Hows your recovery going?

I was wondering if fighters with hand injuries are the same afterwards. Some hand injuries don't leave much permanent damage, so I hope Urijah's hand is back to 100%.

If Urijah subbed Brown there it would have been so damn legendary! Would instantly be fight of the year.
