Hey Guys, i have helped a few people on here with nutrition and exercise questions. Well my site is being built right now that will have tons of stuff on it to help out people, including videos, blogs, everything! This is a site to help not only clients that i see everyday but people that arnt from the area that are looking for the same guidance and information!
