i think the worst is when it's satellite radio and they play the same 10 songs over and over and over... to the point where you actually notice when they add one new song to that mix.
yeah, like Genesis and Lionel Richie.
Or maybe a little bit of Cher.
Groovy.

I used to workout at a gym that played the most depressing music. It was all sad, sappy love songs. Who wants to listen to that while trying to get pumped up about working out. I finally went up to the people at the front desk and told them the music they played made me want to slit my wrist. I never went back.
Anyway, great music for me to workout to:
The Ramones
Disturbed
Godsmack
Linkin Park
KISS (yes, KISS) :)
Worst:
Anything slow and sappy
KISS! You go on with your bad self Kimberly!

I'm so old school! Their songs are so cheesy, but classic at the same time. :) And I dare anyone to make fun of me for listening to them. I'll just refer them to the elbow strike pic. LOL! :p
Make fun of you? PFFT! I waited outside Def Leppard's tour bus after they played a COUNTY FAIR!
I got autographs. Yeah...It was bitchin'.
Some naked girl in these clear plastic hooker shoes got to go on their bus. When she came out she was covered in sharpie graffiti. It was disturbing.
So I'll never make fun of you for liking KISS. Promise.

Too funny! I've liked Def Leppard since 1982 (yes, I'm old!) but I have never seen them in concert. At this point, I don't think I ever will. Oh well...:(
they were looking pretty damn old that day I saw them! Too much boozing and drugs.
You're NOT old! I'm going to be 36 in March! So I'm right up there w/ you.
30 is the new fabulous.

Don't know whether any of you have heard this tune before.....
"Storm - Time To Burn"
Me and my mate love nothing better than to put this tune on as loud as we can and jump around like lunatics. Great exercise! :D
It would be a great fighters's entrance song. :)

You should come hang out at my house. Dance party!
Nuttin' but Stringz has a really cool tune called THUNDER.
OK, this is weird but I saw them on Noggin. They do one of those little dance blurbs (like the TING TINGS do)
in between shows. I used to jump around when they played it and finally found it on youtube and put it on my ipod. I listen to it when I'm beat on cardio and need a lift for another session. It would be great for kickboxing work or jump rope drills.
Check it out if you don't know it.

hell yeah
Motley
I like Dr. Feelgood.
:)
although i dont listen to this on a normal basis, any heavy metal gets me incredibly pumped. I used to listen to it before every wrestling match and when I train and condition.
like feuer frei by rammstein
alot of slipknot and disturbed
no music is really bad for me to listen to during a workout or whatev, unless its too slow. If its slow music it totally ruins any set rythm or pace i have
