This time it was not major but I tore my tendon off my pinkie finger grabbing this guys shirt in a fight. Dumb I know. I won by rear naked choke haha. But thank God my tendon was still alive after more than two weeks. Anyways I'm on the mend and my knee is coming along nicely... thanks for the prayers.

Make sure you take the time to heal!!! Surgery is pointless if you don't.

I'm just speaking from experience. Went back to training too soon after my knee surgery and I've probably permanently f***ed up my knee. Don't want to see you do that.
