I got surgery Today =(

Hey everybody,
Just checking in to let everyone know that I had knee surgery today. I've dislocated my patella several times this wrestling season. After taking 4 weeks with no contact to rehab it, it happened again so I decided to get corrective surgery so it won't happen anymore! I'm on crutches for a week or so and it will be about 2 months till I can start training again. But I'm hoping for a speedier recovery than that. Prayers welcome!

Good idea to get the surgery and not have to worry about it in the future. Will be praying for a speedy recovery so you can get back to training asap. get well

as soon as we get national health care, procedures like this will be hard to get. I'll pray for a speedy recovery!:)

Good luck on your recovery. I know how it feels having torn my ACL, MCL, and meniscus. Take your time in rehab and listen to your doctor, they know what's best. I say that because I didn't do that and started training again way too early. Not the best choice.
