--By the way Andy K opened a brand new gym,go check it

IM going to be going over there soon, cant wait to train with him!
ive never noticed urijah's intensity slip for even a second. Right now he is training with the best and he will keep climbing and bettering himself.

Urijah is doing great with the trainers/coaches he has now. But good luck to you on your own training.

There is a reason why Faber is not training with Andy anymore. If you don't know ASD_ASD then you are not in the loop and never will be. Master Thonglor blows Andy K out the water any day of the week anyway. Who has Andy trained that is or was a champion. NOBODY!!!! Master Thonglor has a history that can be traced back to Thailand of champs that he has trained. Andy is a liar, you may not know that cos you do not know enough about muay thai and you are not trying to seek the truth. For me, finding the right Kru or Ajarn or critical. I don't go by what people tell me. Just cos you see Andy with a title around his waste does not mean he was a champion! Ask him who he won it from? What was the date? Why isn't his name engraved in it like every champion from Thailand who has won a title. Maybe cos that title around his waste that you him wearing in that life size poster of him when you first walk into his new place is a Counterfeit! Okay, let's just say REPLICA!!! They can be purchased at Lumpinee or Rajadamnern stadium pro-shops in Bangkok for a price just like everything else in Thailand. But of course you would not know this cos you have never been. Sorry to roast you mate. Not really:D:cool::eek:

Tobias is right. Students never spar are anti-grappling and anti-mma, almost none of them compete and he as no record to verify. Go to sherdog and look for Andy's mma record, you can buy the dvd. He won a few fights against some nobodies and on the last one was mounted and the other guy got dq'ed for strikes to the face on the ground. Not to forget he makes all kinds of crazy claims, he told my friends that Anderson Silva wanted to get training from him but that he declined.
Urijah's stand up is better than ever, why advertise this crap on Urijah's own forums?

That is some funny shit! Andy is the new age Teddy Ruksben. He is stories for days. Anderson is 6'2 and Andy is 5'2 and I'm being nice. He couldn't even hold pads for Silva

The muay thai wanna-bes train with Andy K. I only train in muay thai now cos I prefer to be on my feet and that is where I am strongest. I have a few years of BJJ in my background too so I do not talk shit about the sport or mma like some of Andy's students do. That is probably the only post you will see from that guy ASD_ASD. He couldn't even come up with a real screen name! Those three letter are all right next to each other. Comedy at it's best. Andy is getting over on people who do not know a thing about muay thai and by having trained Faber. When people see that pic of him and Faber they think he is legit. But he is full of shit. It's a smart business move though and a poor moral one.
Thank you Tobias! I don't see Urijah slippin a bit... I see no reason to question Urijah's fighting talent or skills whatsoever.

The thread starter knows nothing. Why would Faber want to downgrade in his training? That like a boxer who got his basics down at the YMCA making it big and employing Floyd Mayweather Sr or Freddie Roach as his trainer then mysteriously going back to the "Y" and asking his initial coach to train him for his upcoming matches. Makes no sense.

Only Felix the site admin or a mod with "RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS" can lock a thread.

Just when it was getting interesting. I think Tobias knows what he is talking about. The part about training at the Y is right on!!! Smart!!! Why down grade?

I don't think this thread is unnecessary. People are getting some great advice as to who they should and should not train with and I love reading Tobias's posts on this thread. :)

Tobias, I've got stories for days about some of the crazy stuff I heard. Should hear some of what's said about Urijah, makes no sense.
You are also right about the anti-mma craze they have, funny with all the posters of Urijah and pictures with Urijah they have, even funnier since all of them watch UFC and some of them want to fight mma (but only with Muay Thai).
As long as this thread exists and they have google, they'll probably create accounts to pester.

What an insult to Master Thong and Urijah. This is pure ignorance at its finest.
