Hey everybody first sorry I haven't been to responsive lately and on as much but I'm tied up in training right now. I just wanted to take a quick second to bring up something I feel is important. As you all know Team Alpha Male is not just a team we are a very tight knit family and it seems that a few of our family have not been recognized by many of you and I just wanted to bring them to give them the recognition they deserve as part of our family. Justin Buckholz (I probably spelled his last name wrong) He is a UFC fighter and our comic relief in the Alpha Male family. He's a great fighter and most of all a great friend to us all. Also Scott Mccaffe who has fought in the WEC and is our family's super Nice Guy, but don't let that fool you because when it comes time to business he's one of the scariest dudes I've met. Whenever I have time I think I'll put up a list of our team so you all will know who is all in our A.M. Family. Thanks Guys and Gals and let's all shine and have a great time in 2009!

:)But here is some info for the rest of you girls...he's a tallllll lightweight and we just watched him fight at UFC 86. Hope this info is all correct.


Justin Buchholz (born August 22, 1983) born in Fairbanks, Alaska is a mixed martial arts fighter, perhaps best known for his flamboyant bright orange dyed hair. He competes in the Lightweight division. Buchholz was the former ICON Sport Lightweight champion. He lost his first fight in the UFC at UFC Fight Night 12 against Matt Wiman on January 23, 2008. Buchholz earned his first victory at UFC 86 against TUF 5 contestant and three-to-one favorite, Corey Hill.

It's great you and your wife will be there rooting for a member of TAM. Let us know how the experience was watching the fights overseas. I know when it comes to sports Europeans are crazy! Enjoy London, it's a great city.

Yeah will enjoy our stay in London for sure! The fight is the highlight for me for sure, but it will be cool to explore the city. I wonder which guys from TAM will attend Justin's fight? I will let you know how the trip goes though for sure. I just got my internet setup overseas here.

I almost went to Ireland this weekend for the Hendo fight, but decided against it. Only two fights I really want to see on the card.
