i'm a firm believer that everything humankind "needs" has already been provided on this planet, and thus i'd like to share with you one of my favorites in my medicine cabinet (well not that medicine cabinet, my other one, lol)
when i feel like i'm about to get sick, i begin a regimine of oregano oil...a few drops taken sublingually (under the tounge, knucklehead!), a couple of times a day does the trick
oregano oil was the subject of a Georgetown University study & was shown to have antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic, and antiseptic properties - that equal or better modern "medicine" (streptomycin, penicillin and vacnomycin)
*it also can be used to treat staph*
now, not all oregano oil is equal. the one i use (and recommend) is the same product that was actually used in the Georgetown study. its not "cheap", but you can't put a price on health :)

Nice product placement lol. What was that other stuff you showed me once before? I forget what it was and thought maybe you'd remember :)

Thanks! Will it help a cold already in progress? I kind of needed this info a few days ago. :) I'm already sick.
I have a few other things to pick up from the health store. I'll just add this to my list.

yes it will help. obviously not as effective as when used when symptoms first appear, but it will help strengthen the defenses that are already battling your cold :)

Ok Felix, a little heads up on the potency of this stuff would have been nice! LOL! Was not what I expected, but I can see why it would work. They guy where I bought it at swears by it also.
The Wellness Fizz tastes great! Hope I start feeling better soon.
