Championship Belts?

I have noticed this alot and it is something that sorta irks me. Why do all but a very few fighters wear or carry their own belts to the cage or ring? I only ask that because to me seeing a fighter with the belt before the fight gives it more of a visual effect. It probably would for people newer to the sport as well.

I think the most legit champion walkout I have seen is with someone walking behind the champ carrying the belt raised up behind him... Basically what Urijah did when he fought Jens..

He took the title into the cage before a fight once. Still think they should wear them or atleast carry them.
