I just got this email from Matt Sanchez. He is with Urijah in Brazil.
Here is a brief run down of the trip so far:
-Virgil got stopped at passport control in Brazil and sent back to Peru, which is where our connecting flight came from. He may get to come into Brazil tomorrow.
-We went for a run on the beach and through the mountains and spent the rest of the morning on the beach getting sunburnt.
-Later we trained at a guys house who trained Anderson Silva and a bunch of other tough dudes, it was cool.
-We went out that night and everything you have ever heard about Brazilian nightlife is true!
-Today we woke up and trained in a bjj gym right on the water with 5x world champ Daniel Moraes and his team.
-Later today were gonna go train at x-gym which is where Minotauro and Anderson Silva train here in Rio, plus a bunch of other top fighters.
It's tough to get to the internet due to this being a 3rd world country, but I'll try keep everyone updated.
