kinda off topic here, but i need to find some more music to work out with (gettin' tired of the same stuff)... i'm 52 yrs old, but no fuddy duddy. lol

i want to listen to fast music of course... right now i'm listening to:

1. The Foo FIghters
2. New York Dolls
3. Red HOt Chili Peppers
4. Robert Randolph
5. Led Zeppelin
6. The Clash

any other suggestions?

Great music you got there! You can always add Metallica (old stuff), Disturbed, Danzig, Stabbing Westward, NIN, Rob Zombie/White Zombie, Pantera. These are some of the bands I work out to. I'm sure there are others I've missed. Good luck with your workouts!

btw, maybe i'm older than i thought, i don't recognize Danzig, Stabbing Westward, NIN. lolol

i found that slipknot pumps me up. my friend got me into it, cause his uncle is the drummer, but i'll be listening to it driving to school, and wont realize im going like 60 in a 35 ... uh oh

When I work out I listen to a lot of reggae and hip hop so I don't think any of my suggestions would be what you are looking for. I would highly suggest listening to System of a Down or Serj Tankian though. When it comes to getting the adrenaline flowing, that's where its at. It's not that annoying loud stuff either. His voice alone gets the blood flowing.
