Well I know we have all fallen of the wagon a bit since it's the busy holiday season...and crap is readily available to be stuffed into our faces...(And since Bako is not around to help us stay motivated).
But I have been just reminding myself to keep moving ahead and get back on track asap..rather than "start in the new year" or "after the weekend..on Monday" That is a trap that I always fall into. So day by day! Keep eating clean and trying to get a little exercise in..and we'll all feel better over the holidays. And ready to go HARD in January!

So I have had a bit of weight loss, and I am feeling GREAT. No abs yet....but soon I hope! I have had some people comment and notice at my gym and around me./...so that feels good! I have not measured or stepped onto the scale..but just focused on getting past the chocolates and cookies and yummy things that I LOVE. And not to overdo it basically....


How is everyone else doing...it's hard this season..just don't quit..!!!

That's great Jess. And thanks for motivating us. I've had a lot of stress going on that has just killed me. I had to put my cat down last Friday and have not had any motivation since then. She wasn't just my cat, she was my baby. :( I'm not really eating all the wrong things, but at times just not eating. And working out has gone to the wayside. I will get back on it tomorrow. I promise!

i've still been working out like crazy, well except for last week (i had to much shit around the house to do) I need to find a scale that actually works lol I don't think i lost anyhting but i did notice that my triceps no longer jiggle :p

Way to go gals! We started this...when./..?...3-4 weeks ago? I shall look at the past threads..unfortunately our group leader, Bakogymrat is no longer on the boards. So if you are interested, take some before pictures and weight and measurments...date of course. And send me the info. I will keep track if ya want! So ya..my before is in my album...I deleted most of them actually cause I felt like a tard...but one is there...and just posted my updates. JB,Lisa,Ej....who else is currently participating?

Suddenly I am able to take the stationary recumbant bike for a ride..hahaha. I kept my heart rate around and over 130 for more than an hour. It was all about moving up a few levels to get the rpm to a point where my heart needed to pump harder. I could have went longer at that rate, but wanted to go hit the heavy bag for 15 minutes in five minute rounds. I am just so phricken happy.

I think it has been consistently doing 3 x 5 minute rounds every time I go to the gym.

Every time I got hungry, I looked at the pic of Corey Hill's broken leg.

Actually, after the McDonald's Monopoly game ended and I was NOT a millionaire, I just cut out fast food (RIP french fries), soda, and snacking between meals.

I just make sure to eat only when I'm hungry, and stop as soon as I feel at all full. I don't eat while I'm at work anymore which also seems to help.

My metabolism seems pretty good as of late. I thought it had died. I have about 10 more lbs to go, and I think I'll be good.

dammm, i feel like a work out so hard and i'm not seeing a damn thing. I think i need to be patient, but i'm not a patient person!!!:mad:
