Im sure you guys got a chance to watch Joseph fight last night, he was upset after the fight cuz he didn't finish him but was happy to get a decisive win. Team Alpha male is Kicking butt. Mark Munoz also fought on the card, and he won via brutal ground and pound. I was calling him "Muhammid Al-ground and pound" after his second brutal win in WEC. Thanks again for watching and supporting. Oh yeah, Seth came out again to support and was a crack up. He got hammered with my boy Virg, and had me sign a bunch of stuff. I signed his Jersey on both the front and the back. It was a lot of fun.

Joseph definitely didn't disappoint in his WEC debut. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed watching his fight last night and look forward to seeing him in the future. I'm thinking I just need to move to Sacramento and let my son train there. :)

Sorry ladies I will be bringing my son. I cannot justify seeing Urijah fight and leaving him at home. He's a huge fan too. He's a really good kid. Very well behaved and respectful. Half the time you won't even know he's there. He's very quiet.

I’ve been trying to stay out the ladies-room, but have the girls discussed Urijah judging the body challenge you all got goin on? I know it’s about supporting each other and fun but talk about motivation. Winner gets to hang w/team alpha males member of their choice (not forever, Lisa), individual photo-op, or something like that. Couple of agreed upon basic rules and you’re off. If the re-match isn’t until June/July, you all got some decent time to make improvement. I’m sure Smirn could run it up the ladder and see what feedback it brings.

If it hadn’t been discussed and you girls pull it off…for my creative contribution I only request to be the “oil-boy” at competition. LOL

Not trying to dump this on Justin, but it doesn't hurt to suggest. This joint campaign between Tracy Lee and Urijah would build fan base and in turn, get more folks to their sites where they could generate more advertising dollars. Throw in a decent sponsor (No-Fear) and time to build the hype (June/July Rematch), sounds like a win-win for everyone....

Now for that creative contribution,,,,, I may have to "oil-down" Tracy Lee.....Oh, that right she's not in the competition....she's the prize....LOL

I'm trying I did some weights again today and went walking. But I need to get my broke butt to the health food store and get some healthy groceries. I have nothing to eat here. I want to get that stuff at GNC too, the protien powder. I think I'll feel better after I do that.

I did some weights today too. Nothing substantial, just dumbbells. I'm going to get on the bike in a few minutes. I like working out at night. Yeah, when you go to GNC be sure to tell them what your goals are so they recommend the right stuff. I can't wait to order that stuff from that website. It really sounds like something I need. With your husband being in the military do you go shopping at the commissary? If so, it might be cheaper there.

yeah it might be but the nearest one is really far, so the money I'd spend in gas might not make it worth it. But good thought. I do promos over there so I will look around next time I go and see what's up. Great idea.

I understand. Cody has an ID card (his dad's in the military) but the bases aren't close enough to us. I don't want to spend the extra money on gas either.
