Sorry, I only now just saw your question...

the most painful part was taking off my shirt, flipping up my bra and letting some dude with forearm piercings named BIG E shove a needle through my nipple.

The clamp hurts the most, and even that barely hurts at all. Mine only bled like half a drop. It was nothing.

For guys though, I understand it hurts a lot more, considering they (usually) have no fat in that area.
