I orig got introduced to MMA when doing a tour in Iraq ('02)my MSG was huge into it wanted me to learn for self defense and then I just got addicted to it. I use it now to keep me sane. My husband is a prof motocrosser and my son competes as well so that's our life. But this (MMA) is my little piece of heaven, there is nothing like letting loose on a bag or getting all your neg energy out on the mat (my yoga per se). Plus the scenery is not so bad either ;). And this group has really peaked my interest you never know what is going to happen next.
