If I had woman like that around when I trained I would go that hard all the time. (pardon the pun!!) Atleast she looked good. I would not want one of those kicks in the head that is for sure!!

If you watch other major sports, you we always see the camera guy focus on some chics. This guy was not hiding it at all. hahaha

I was not the camera guy either, but boy would I have loved to be, to see Urijah that is :) That was a great video. WOW!!! I'm so pumped for the fight.

That was insane! His hands are so quick. Can you imagine being the guy who has to take the impact of all those hits/kicks. Pardon the language, but fucking incredible!
those wheel kicks, like 8 in a row, all so quick and powerful, now how come we dont see more of that in his fights?

I guess it just depends on if the opportunity presents itself during a fight. I do shadow boxing at home and work on combinations that look great but don't always get to use them while sparring with a partner.
Would be insane if he did that during a fight though! :D

ya, but they are great even to just throw in to make your opponent stagger, or throw him off a bit. I dont know, but with him training with master thong, i think we will start to see more of that. And of course, his knees and elbows never fail
